Have you tended to shy away from exercise or have you done minimal Yoga or Pilates?

Yogalates was originally created for the general public as a safe exercise alternative and has been gaining in popularity since it’s inception in the early nineties.
The classes suit all levels of ability and age, from the complete beginner who has never exercised through to those with years of Yoga and Pilates beneath their belts.
Each pose or exercise is taught using awareness of stability in the joints, progressing from a preparation stage to increasing the load and effort so that everyone has an option to suit their body or for how strongly they want to work. If a particular pose is not suitable to an individual then an alternatives is given.
In each class the participants are encouraged to apply the philosophical aspects of Yoga so that they don’t force their body but rather work with awareness and the breath so that the practice is satisfying and safe.

The fusion is a fresh approach that incorporates the core firming dynamics of Pilates- increasing endurance, with the stretching and strengthening postures and spiritual aspects of yoga for the complete mind and body workout.

Yogalates combines the best of Yoga and Pilates resulting in a practice that is safe and accessible for those of us living in modern western society. Yogalates is the brain child of Louise Solomon and has, from its inception, been a constantly evolving method.

The method fuses functional applied anatomy and physiology to holistic stability encompassing all of the musculo skeletal body. The evolution of the method is to broaden the growth of knowledge or our teaching practices to aid the benefits of the individual needs in the practice of posture movement and breath.

€15 per class

€90 for a 6 week course including nutrition plan

€120 for a 8 week course including nutrition plan and free bottle of water everytime

€40 for nutrition plan

Monday - Wednesday : 7am to 8am ,  6pm to 7pm, 7.15pm to 8.15pm

Thursday : 7am to 8am
